Exceptional Care Services (ECS) is seeking dedicated LCSWs, LMHCs, and LPCCs to join our growing behavioral health team. As part of ECS, you'll work alongside a collaborative network of psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Whether you're facilitating therapy sessions on-site or via telemedicine, your work will help shape recovery journeys and improve lives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active licensure as LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT.
• Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to patients with behavioral health and substance use challenges.
• Develop and manage treatment and recovery plans from intake to discharge.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Support caregivers in managing addiction-related behaviors.
• Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth across ECS partner facilities.
