About The Position

Licensed Professional Counselor Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: New Jersey Job Summary: Provide virtual mental health care to clients across New Jersey in a structured outpatient environment. This position focuses on long-term treatment through scheduled sessions and consistent documentation. No evening or weekend hours are required. Step into a role built for balance and clarity.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
• Master’s degree in mental health field
• Experience with adult clients
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy sessions
• Create and maintain treatment plans
• Document services according to state standards
• Track client progress
• Maintain licensure compliance
