Requirements

• Active Arkansas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience after licensure
• Comfort working in a fully remote setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
• Track client progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Maintain organized and compliant clinical records
• Participate in case discussions and documentation reviews
• Apply evidence-based approaches within established guidelines
• Follow Arkansas counseling laws and ethical standards
