About The Position
This full-time remote role is for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who wants to provide steady, high-quality care through telehealth. You will work directly with clients to understand their challenges, support treatment goals, and provide counseling that helps improve daily functioning and emotional well-being. The work is hands-on, client-facing, and centered on consistent therapeutic support.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Tennessee
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
- Clear communication and sound professional judgment
Responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth counseling sessions to adult or adolescent clients
- Perform intake interviews and mental health assessments
- Build treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals
- Document sessions, progress, and recommendations clearly
- Provide support for concerns such as stress, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
