About The Position

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Setting: 100% Telehealth Location: West Virginia Clients across West Virginia need consistent access to therapy without travel barriers. In this role, you’ll deliver structured counseling sessions through a secure virtual platform, helping individuals work through emotional and behavioral challenges while keeping your workday predictable and focused. Requirements

• Active West Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
• Prior experience in clinical or outpatient therapy
• Ability to manage time and sessions independently
• Private workspace with stable internet access

Responsibilities

• Hold scheduled virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Complete initial assessments and establish treatment goals
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support and progress reviews
• Maintain clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner
• Follow state guidelines and professional standards
