About The Position
This position supports Arkansas clients through secure virtual care. As an LPC, you will focus on therapy delivery while also contributing to clinical consistency and documentation standards. The workday is predictable, and expectations are clearly defined.
Requirements
- Active Arkansas LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Telehealth experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust goals
- Support review of clinical documentation when needed
- Follow established care protocols and ethical standards
- Stay compliant with Arkansas counseling regulations
