About The Position
As a Licensed Professional Counselor , you will balance direct counseling with structured clinical guidance for a remote team. This role focuses on maintaining strong clinical standards, supporting counselor development, and ensuring clients receive consistent, effective care through virtual sessions.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- At least 3 years of clinical counseling experience
- Reliable home workspace and comfort with digital platforms
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting or supervising clinicians preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
- Provide clinical consultation and case guidance to counselors
- Review treatment plans and session notes for quality
- Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance across services
- Participate in care coordination and outcome reviews
