About The Position

The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) position at Rula Health is a remote role focused on providing high-quality behavioral health care to clients. As part of a network of licensed clinicians, the LPC will have complete autonomy over their schedule and caseload, allowing them to prioritize client care without the burden of administrative tasks. Rula Health supports its providers by managing client marketing, billing, and technical support, enabling therapists to concentrate on their clinical work.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• Must be licensed in Idaho.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in telehealth counseling.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Specialties in specific therapeutic approaches or populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Manage client sessions and maintain accurate clinical notes.
• Collaborate with Rula's credentialing team for quick enrollment with insurance partners.
• Adjust availability and manage caseload according to personal preference.
• Participate in case consultations and community support with other therapists.
