About The Position

We are seeking a warm, skilled, and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our Kutztown office, with a primary focus on providing individual counseling to college students and young adults. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with emerging adults navigating academic stress, anxiety, depression, identity development, relationships, and life transitions.
The clinician will provide in-person therapy services and collaborate with our supportive clinical team within a well-established, highly respected group practice environment.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LPC license (or LSW/LCSW/LMFT equivalent — optional if you want to broaden)
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related mental health field
• Experience providing individual therapy
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working with late adolescents and young adults
• Ability to work in-person in Kutztown.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with college student populations
• Training in CBT, ACT, DBT-informed, or trauma-informed approaches
• Experience with anxiety and mood disorders
• Strong engagement and rapport-building skills with emerging adults

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to college students and young adults
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with practice leadership and clinical supervisors as needed
• Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
• Participate in case consultation and team meetings (as applicable)
