About The Position
We’re looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to provide telehealth-based mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Join a team that’s leveraging technology to break down barriers in mental health access. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LPCC license in California.
- At least 2 years of experience in professional counseling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using telehealth platforms and digital recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments and develop clinical reports.
- Create structured, goal-focused treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient progress.
- Adjust treatment approaches based on patient needs and care objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external professionals.
