About The Position
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: This position provides virtual therapy services to adult clients across California in a scheduled outpatient setting. You will manage an ongoing caseload, document care, and support treatment progress using established clinical workflows. The role emphasizes consistency, follow-through, and quality sessions. Take your clinical skills into a structured telehealth role built for focus.
Requirements
- Active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
- Comfortable working fully remote
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Monitor progress and adjust care as needed
- Follow California telehealth and licensing standards
