About The Position
This role focuses on providing one-on-one counseling through a secure telehealth platform. You’ll support clients dealing with emotional and behavioral concerns by offering practical strategies and consistent follow-up care. The position is designed for clinicians who value routine, stability, and a clear daily workflow.
Requirements
- Active LPCC license in Ohio
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions via video conferencing
- Identify client goals and track measurable progress
- Document sessions and maintain compliance with clinical standards
- Respond to client needs with appropriate therapeutic approaches
- Coordinate care when referrals or additional services are required
- Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times
