About The Position
As an LPCC in a telehealth setting, you will work directly with individuals navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Your role centers on assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and guiding progress through structured counseling sessions. This position allows you to deliver consistent care while maintaining a steady weekday schedule.
Requirements
- Active LPCC license in Ohio
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and modify interventions as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Follow ethical guidelines and state regulations for telehealth services
