The Private Client Banker (PCB) is an integral part of the Key Private Client Program, focusing on a holistic, plan-based approach to financial advice for clients. This role involves managing the entire client relationship and delivering or referring appropriate financial solutions to KeyBank's client base, specifically those with up to $2M in investable assets. PCBs are responsible for helping new and existing clients achieve financial confidence by assessing their needs, documenting client data, and offering suitable products and services. They identify client needs and make referrals to specialized sales professionals within Retail, Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, or Business Banking.
