What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it) Make what you want: Earn a base salary with an uncapped commission compensation that you control by closing pre-set appointments (typical average of $65,000 - $80,000/annually with no earning cap) . Requirements

Funeral Director License REQUIRED
Applicable State Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification or ability to obtain one
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or 1-2 years of in-person sales/customer service experience, preferably in a senior market
Strong relationship development and communication skills
Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person
Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
