Rhinebeck Bank is seeking a Licensed Premier Relationship Banker (PRB) to drive deposit growth, consumer lending, and investment opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This branch-based role blends sales, service, and lending expertise to build lasting relationships and connect customers with the right financial solutions. Requirements
- FINRA Series 7/66 or 6/63 and NYS Life/Health insurance license.
- Proven success in outbound sales and relationship management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
- Valid drivers license.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Proactively call and meet with customers to uncover banking, lending, and investment opportunities.
- Originate and complete consumer loans, including home equity, in compliance with regulations.
- Refer clients to Financial Advisors or Mortgage Loan Partners as appropriate.
- Mentor junior Universal Bankers and support branch growth.
- Travel between branches as needed to serve customers.
