About The Position
The Animal-Assisted Therapist position is a full-time role based in Bethesda, MD, primarily focused on providing therapeutic interventions through an animal-assisted therapy program for service members and veterans. The therapist will work closely with service animal training instructors to structure training sessions that align with clinical outcomes, while also supporting and instructing volunteer Warrior Trainers. This role requires a licensed practitioner with experience in clinical settings and a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with psychological and physical injuries.
