About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a full‑time basis. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and clinical procedures
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in healthcare (e.g., long‑term care, clinic, assisted living, hospital)
• Experience with electronic medical record systems
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under RN or physician supervision
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and per scope of practice
• Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and daily nursing activities
• Accurately document patient care in electronic health records (EHR)
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
• Follow infection control protocols and facility policies
• Support patient comfort, dignity, and emotional well‑being
