About The Position

Generations at Oakton Pavillion in Des Plaines, IL is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts, with pay up to $44.40 per hour. Available full-time openings include AMs (7a-3p), PMs (3p-11p), and NOC (11p-7a) shifts. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered, paid at $2.40 per hour immediately. For PRN positions, the requirement is one weekend shift per month and two shifts per pay period. The facility utilizes the 'On Shift' app to notify staff of available shifts. Shift differentials are offered: $1.00 per hour for Weekend 1st Shift, $2.00 per hour for Weekend 2nd/3rd Shifts, and $2.00 per hour for 3rd Shift on all days. An additional $2.00 per hour bonus is provided if assigned to work the 2nd Floor Complex Care Unit. Requirements

• Licensed in the State of Illinois
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults

• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility
• Vent/Trach experience
