About The Position
Otterbein Staffing Agency (OSA) is seeking caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. The agency offers LPNs the opportunity to take control of their work schedule, choose when and where to work, and earn competitive wages. LPNs will have access to open shifts across Otterbein’s various senior care services, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice services. Otterbein, an organization with over 110 years of history in senior care, operates as a non-profit 501(c)(3) health and human service organization, focusing on person-centered care. LPNs at Otterbein are considered 'partners in caring' and are dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to residents, collaborating with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members, and offering physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members.
Requirements
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR
- At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents.
- Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care.
- Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
- Communicate with nursing, other departments and service providers.
- Exhibit positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff.
- Perform related tasks as required.
