About The Position

Pemi Baker Hospice & Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our fun, friendly, energetic team! At Pemi-Baker, we make it a priority to have a positive culture with a focus on kindness and teamwork. We are a small agency, which means we all work closely together to accomplish our mission. As an LPN at Pemi-Baker, you'll provide nursing services to Home Care & Hospice patients right in the comfort of their homes. You'll work collaboratively with our amazing RNs to help patients reach their goals, while also working independently as you're going about your day. You'll be able to utilize every skill you've learned as an LPN and develop some new skills as well!

Requirements

• Current LPN license
• Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Willingness to travel in all types of weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to Home Care & Hospice patients in their homes.
• Collaborate with RNs to help patients reach their goals.
• Work independently while managing daily tasks.
