Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
• One year of relevant experience, required.
• Appropriate state LPN license, required.
• Computer skills.
• Phone call etiquette.
• Organizational Skills.

Nice To Haves

• Palliative care/Oncology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
• Rooming patients and obtaining vitals.
• Performing triage as needed.
• Managing in-basket messages and supporting providers.
• Handling prior authorizations.
