About The Position

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Practical Nurse.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and patient health, documenting any changes accurately and promptly.

• Assist with patient hygiene, nutritional needs, and mobility, providing comfort and dignity in all aspects of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare needs, medication instructions, and doctor's advice.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist during procedures as needed.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to facility policies and standards of practice.
