About The Position

The LPN assists in maintaining the health and well-being of program participants by monitoring health issues and implementing policies, procedures and programs designed to promote health and enhance independence and quality of life, in keeping with Oak Hill’s mission. Additionally, in keeping with Oak Hill School mission, the LPN assists in the educational and social development of students under the direction of the Certified Special Education Teacher.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health status and provide appropriate treatments to individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities.
• Assist in maintaining the health and well-being of program participants.
• Implement policies, procedures, and programs designed to promote health and enhance independence and quality of life.
• Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction of the Certified Special Education Teacher.
