About The Position
LPN/ RN Royal Life Centers– Lacey, WA- PER DIEM Schedule: Sat/ Sun 6 AM to 6:30 PM We are a nationally recognized substance abuse treatment company with facilities in Arizona and Washington. Royal Life Center’s primary mission is to provide quality and individualist substance abuse treatment at all levels of care. Our employees are the heart of our company, and we look forward to the new addition. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) at our Lacey, WA location. Compensation based upon experience.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- LPN/ RN license/ CPR license
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a chemical dependency/psychiatric setting, preferably in an inpatient, partial hospitalization and/or outpatient setting required.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, CARF, and ASAM Standards
- Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication and Written Skills
- Knowledge of State and Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality laws
- Knowledge of Drug Free Workplace Policies, Workplace Violence, Corporate Integrity and Compliance Program
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
- Dispensing medications to clients.
- Manage accurate medication stock and MAR’s.
- Plan and coordinate client care.
- Document in an electronic medical record system care given.
- Implement appropriate nursing interventions.
