Requirements

• Active LPN license in Illinois
• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred
• Strong communication skills and a heart for service
• Dependable, compassionate, and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents
• Work closely with RNs and other interdisciplinary team members
• Support care plans and ensure high standards of resident safety and dignity
• Promote independence and well-being in a homelike, engaging setting
