This position, a Licensed Practical Nurse in Home Nursing, promotes health and healing and provides education as a member of the health care team to achieve optimum care for clients/patients/residents in all phases of health care.
Requirements
- Practical Nursing diploma
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Leadership skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic - Computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Valid driver's license, where required
- Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
- Applicants must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position
- Bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search
