Licensed Practical Nurse -Pineview Cottage - Murdoch Developmental Center
About The Position
Pineview serves men and women with varying levels of IDD. Person-centered programs focus on reducing the rate of loss of skills that accompany the physical aspects of the aging process and maintaining independence. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct clinical services and medication and treatment administration. This LPN performs and documents nursing procedures and techniques as prescribed by the physician and outlined in the Person-Centered Plan. This LPN performs duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This LPN works with the RN in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. This Position Is Designated As Mandatory And Must Report Or Stay Over During Adverse Weather Events.
Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice as a registered nurse in North Carolina or in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

- Successful candidate must be able to pass Healthcare Provider CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) written and physical requirements as a condition of employment.
- Successful candidate must have a valid Driver License.
- This Position Is Designated As Mandatory And Must Report Or Stay Over During Adverse Weather Events.
- Licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
