About the position: This LPN is required to work Tue-Sat 3pm-10:30pm (37.5 hours). This position is located in Shelton. The LPN assists in maintaining the health and well-being of program participants by monitoring health issues and implementing policies, procedures and programs designed to promote health and enhance independence and quality of life, in keeping with Oak Hill’s mission.
