About The Position

As a Nurse, you’ll become an essential part of our community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or mental illness. Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationships with those that you care for and their families.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car.
• Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
• Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.
• Must be fluent in English, Multilingual a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served, including training staff on safe medication practices.
• Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
• Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
• Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.
