About The Position

Bravo Recruiting Solutions Corp is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our location in Vermont. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Vermont or a Compact license for another state
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician
• Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans
• Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
• Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures
