About The Position

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join or weekend team who’s flexible, dependable, and passionate about quality care. You’ll assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate clinical care. Lead and mentor CNAs while helping the team deliver consistent, person-centered care every day.

Requirements

• Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work professionally with residents, families, staff, and physicians.

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
