Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN license (Ohio or multistate)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with supervising physicians and mid-level providers
• Follow standing orders, protocols, and policies
• Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy
• Administer IM injections
• Obtain vital signs and perform related supervised clinical functions
• Assist with EKGs
• Maintain lab equipment, documentation, and quality control
• Manage weekly inventory and ordering
• Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory
