• Licensed in Connecticut
• Previous experience in nursing 2 years of home care experience
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Associate (Required)
• Home care: 2 years (Required)
• Nursing: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care at homes.
• Establish a Plan of Care and treatment plans
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
