Requirements
- Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Proficiency in electronic health records and medication software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care and monitor resident health
- Administer medications and treatments
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Support a safe and welcoming environment
