About The Position
Inabia is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. The LPN will support resident care plans and ensure safe medication administration and patient monitoring. Work Environment This role is based in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility providing care to residents with chronic medical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
Requirements
- Active Iowa or Compact LPN/RN license
- Minimum 2 years recent LTC experience
- BCLS certification
- Must complete background screenings and drug screening
- Health requirements including: 2-step TB test Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella immunizations
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
- Maintain clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
