Pay: LPN - $29.00 - $33.00 per hour; Pay is commensurate with licensure (LPN or RN) and years of post-license experience. Generous extra pay for evening and weekend shifts. The LPNs/RNs are members of a self-directed team and are responsible for providing exceptional care, supporting leisure, maintaining a safe and clean home, and providing meal and laundry support for those who live in the home. As a nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents are living according to their desires.

Requirements

• Current NYS LPN/RN license
• Current NYS CPR certification
• Interest in working with elderly population
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills required
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Required to attend complete orientation
• Compliance with NYS Department of Health immunization requirements
• Stands, sits, and walks most of the day.
• Frequent moving and ability to lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform activities as defined in skills check list.
• May be exposed to infectious diseases, odors and psycho-behavioral situations
