About The Position

White Oak of Rock Hill is seeking dedicated and professional Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We are committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment. White Oak of Rock Hill is a 141-bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located near Piedmont Medical Center. Our center provides comprehensive long-term care services as well as short-term rehabilitation within a designated rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical competence, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. A commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of care is essential. Position Schedule: Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing
• Current, active LPN license in the state of South Carolina
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
