Requirements
- An active, in-good-standing LPN license in the state of practice
- A genuine passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, positive, and energetic attitude
- A professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior LPN experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and support with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Assist with medication management and reminders
- Monitor and document vital signs and health status
- Perform basic wound care and health support
- Educate clients and families on care plans
- Accurately document care and observations
- Serve as the bridge between non-medical support and skilled nursing care
