About The Position
The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. Our center is seeking team-oriented PRN LPNs who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license
Responsibilities
- Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders
- Evaluates patients routinely and with changes of condition
- communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy
- Educates patients as necessary
- Ensures the patient care plan is implemented
- Supervises and coordinates CNAs
