Residents are surrounded by the comforts of home in four distinct households, with dedicated nurses, therapists, and caregivers providing safety, comfort, and happiness. Located in Sheboygan, WI, our community focuses on creating an enjoyable senior living experience for residents and their loved ones.
Role Description
This is a full-time, day shift, on-site Nurse role located in Sheboygan, WI at the Sheboygan Senior Community. The Nurse will be responsible for providing specialized care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily tasks, and ensuring the well-being of residents.

Hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
Rotating three week schedule/ every 3rd weekend
Pay based on Experience + $2.00 shift differential starting at 3pm.

Requirements

• Experience in elderly care and specialized senior care services preferred
• Knowledge of administering medications and monitoring vital signs
• Ability to work well in a team and provide compassionate care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
• CPR certification

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
