We’re searching for an energetic Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians serving the Worcester residential area of Massachusetts. This per diem position offers $37 per visit , plus the benefits listed below. Requirements

  • Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
  • Active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Comfort using computers and electronic medical records (EMR)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous home health or community-based nursing experience
  • Experience with wound care, chronic disease management, or catheter care
  • A good sense of humor (because healthcare definitely requires one)
  • The ability to navigate Massachusetts back roads without Google Maps… but we’ll accept Google Maps too

  • Visits can range from basic wellness visits to patient education on disease management, follow-ups after MD visits, ordering supplies, wound care, medication management, and more.
