Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their clinical team in NEW LONDON COUNTY, CT. The role involves delivering one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in the comfort of their homes, allowing nurses to focus entirely on their patients without the fast-paced demands of a facility setting. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (acute care or home care strongly preferred)
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
