Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program
• Current Iowa LPN license
• CPR certified or willing to obtain
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Applicants may indicate preferred location, shift, and hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership
• Support resident admissions and care planning
• Provide emotional and physical support to residents and families
• Supervise and support Resident Assistants/Medication Managers
