About The Position

Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Assisted Living Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN. Evening and Night Shift

Requirements

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license, CPR, and BLS health care certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident care given by C.N.A and Q.M.A
• Prepare and administer oral, nasal ear, eye, topical and inhaler and nebulizer medications
• Administer prn medications and follow up on effectiveness of medications
• Count scheduled 11 and 111 drugs with on coming and outgoing shifts to establish accuracy of supply
• Take and document blood pressures, temps, pulse, respirations, oxygen saturations and accu checks
