White Oak Shelby is currently hiring Fulltime LPN's - 20 K Sign-On Bonus for eligible Full time Employees Facility shifts: 6:45am-7:15pm 6:45pm-7:15am 6:45am-7:15pm weekends 6:45 pm-7:15am weekends White Oak of Shelby is a renovated 160 bed skilled and rehabilitation facility located near beautiful downtown Shelby. We are located at 401 North Morgan Street, Shelby, NC 28150.
