About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience
  • Current Pennsylvania practical nursing license in good standing
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Computer proficiency
  • Willingness to complete DHS Direct Care Training during your orientation period

Nice To Haves

  • Personal care or assisted living experience preferred
  • Knowledge about geriatric nursing or DHS regulations would be a bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Providing direct patient care
  • Developing individualized care plans

  • Documenting patient information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant standards

  • Completing incident reports and taking steps to prevent further issues
