Requirements
- 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience
- Current Pennsylvania practical nursing license in good standing
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Computer proficiency
- Willingness to complete DHS Direct Care Training during your orientation period
Nice To Haves
- Personal care or assisted living experience preferred
- Knowledge about geriatric nursing or DHS regulations would be a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care
- Developing individualized care plans
- Effectively implementing care plans
- Delivering exceptional daily care
- Documenting patient information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant standards
- Assisting wherever needed
- Completing incident reports and taking steps to prevent further issues
- Helping to improve the physical, mental, and emotional health of our residents
