Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid Illinois license (required)
• 1-2 years of experience in long-term care preferred
• Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN) considered if licensed within 45 days of hire
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Maintain rigorous documentation and infection control standards
• Collaborate across teams and respond calmly in emergencies
• Uphold dignity and foster a positive environment for all residents
