About The Position

Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing
Nice To Haves
- CPR preferred
- Point click care experience a plus
Responsibilities
- provide nursing care to our residents
- supervision of direct care staff
- assistance in such a way that our residents feel they are genuinely cared for
- observe and report changes in residents’ status to the primary care provider and our Director of Nursing
- document such interactions and observations via established policies and procedures
