The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care, medication administration, and health monitoring to youth in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). A PRTF is a structured treatment environment for children and adolescents who require 24/7 supervision, mental health services, and ongoing medical support in a residential setting. Most youth served are between the ages of 12 and 17 and present with behavioral and emotional needs that require consistent structure and support. This full-time position works 36.5 hours per week with the following fixed schedule: Mondays 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Tuesdays 8:00 AM–8:30 PM, Wednesdays 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and Saturdays 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Pay begins at $25 per hour, with opportunities for wage growth as the program expands. The LPN works under the supervision of the RN (Medical Coordinator) and collaborates with residential, clinical, and administrative staff to ensure safe, consistent, and compliant care. The nursing team values communication, teamwork, and calm presence, and is supported by trained youth care staff and on-site clinical professionals. As part of a Catholic-affiliated agency, employees are expected to support the mission and values of the organization, including respect for human dignity and compassionate service, while delivering care to all youth regardless of background or belief.
